I bought 2 of these since I always have problems keeping my hanging baskets watered enough...ESP since I travel quite a bit. These are working great. Easy to water and check on. Plus I have not come home to any desperately thirsty plants yet this year!

I use the these hanging pots, some eight of them, to dispaly our vine like Petunias. Even in the hottest part of summer I only have to water ~ once per week. I've also found the pot design to be practical and low key allowing focus on the flowers. The string and plastic is also very durable as they have been flying year after year!

Bronze is a nice color. Water-saver takes up a lot of space in the container. Will have to see how the rope and ring hold up -- they didn't look real sturdy.

I have a southern facing exposure, little to no humidity, and plenty of wind (think gusts of up to 30 mph). In the past my flowers would quickly dry out, and just barely hang on throughout the summer heat. I purchased four of these baskets to start with, and so far my plants are doing well. The baskets are holding the weight, even with being buffeted around. I read other reviews where they talked of the cords not holding the weight, so far I haven't had any problems. The reservoir is easy to fill and keeps the plants from drying out during our hot days. I also think they look nice.

Used for Creeping Gloxinias that are in very hot and all day sun during the summer and winter-over in my studio loft in winter. Keeping watered during day in summer is a daily job and with these planters, am hoping that it wil lnot be daily. When wintered-over they hang form twelve foot ceilings and would like to water them less often than the rest of my plants.
However, it is a bit early to know exactly how well they work for me as we have just begun to transplant for outside weather here in RI

This is the only hanging basket I use. It keeps my plants alive all year long indoors and out. The self waterer is better than any other watering help I've found. While I prefer the chains on the older style containers, due to the ropes getting dirty, I would still give this product 4.99 stars if possible!
