Comments about Rootrainer™, Deep:
I am a master gardner. I grow my own vegatables each year from seed. I bought this to see how well it worked. This was great for my plants. They did develop great roots and grew very well. I was hoping to get multiple uses out of it, however, most of the sections ripped when I removed the plants. It is rather expensive for a single use product. I would highly recommend this product if it were made of a heavier plastic and could be used several times.

i'm very excited to try these out. i love the way i'll be able to easily pop out the seedlings and their roots when i'm ready to transplant them in the ground. i have doubts about the durability of the plastic. i'd hoped to get more than one seasons use out of them at their price. i'm unsure if that'll be possible.

Comments about Rootrainer™, Deep:
These will do the job but they are made of the flimsy plastic that many of the seed starting trays are made of. I was expecting a more durable plastic. Another thing to note, they will not stay closed unless all of them are packed into the tray they come with. I was expecting more but they'll work.

Comments about Rootrainer™, Deep:
Great for plants with long roots. The roots don't circle around the planter they go down. So far I have had no problems with putting them together or with the lightweight materials.

Comments about Rootrainer™, Deep:
I have only so much space under my grow lights. With this clever system, I can start twice as many plants, without crowding the roots. Easy to remove. Just love it. I got them when many of my seedlings had already been planted, but I did get to use them to plant a pack of summer blooming annuals. Fabulous.

One of the sections cracked as I was putting it together.
