I have this on my deck railing. Everyone that comes notices it immediately. Even when it is not moving, it is attactive. When my adult daughter first saw it she stopped talking mid sentence and lost her train of thought- saying instead-- what is that thing out there I cannot take my eyes off !

Loved the idea of this product (having it on the deck), but the first day the wind blew about 10mph, it completely fell apart.

I am extremely happy with my Ribbon Spinner, but especially with the customer service that I experienced with this purchase. The first Spinner I ordered would not work at all --- even though I tried several different locations and different wind velocities. I think some of the spokes had been bent or twisted in the wrong direction. However, when I called Gardener's Supply, they immediately sent me another one and a prepaid label to return the defective one. Who could ask for better service!?! The wheels on my Spinner fly even on days when there is only a slight breeze. I really love it!

Despite careful unpacking (as mandated on the packing slip) and careful assembly, it doesn't spin with the wind (and we've had some really high winds). It spins fine by hand but that's not what I wanted. I could return it but it doesn't seem worth the bother.
