Comments about Gardener's Revolution® Planter Replenishment Kit:
Coastal gardening can be a challenge...poor, sandy soil. The upside/down
planter is the perfect solution. During the hottest mid-summer with heat indices from 105 to 110 each day for 15 days in a row...my tomato plants in your breathable fiber containers were lush green producing tomatoes while everything around them were crispy dry.
At this point in time...I referred many of my neighbors to your product..pretty
dramatic contrast to their gardens in the ground.
I love the breathable fiber container with zipper & cage that opens in half...so easy and safe to plant a young tomato seedling. When I first plant...I fill the container only 2/3 full of soil mixture...less weight and pressure on a seedling...I wait a week to 10 days and add the remainder on top. Also, like the bag of soil and container of tomato fertilizer included in each set.
The only thing that is needed for this longer growing season here on the coast...a replacement or 2nd water reservoir mid-growing season would be helpful. The heat and humidity are severe at times. Even with holes in the water reservoir container, the three plants produced 300 tomatoes ...100 each container...plenty of tomato salads and sharing with neighbors and friends.
I have one of your 4-arm plant holders and that too is designed perfectly for this
sandy soil. Each leg is sitting on a concrete slab and is so stable...even high winds don't budge it from its stance.
I'm planning on 4- containers of tomatoes this season...and if all goes well...my plan is to upgrade to another 4-arm plant holder and 8 containers of tomatoes.
Thank you for making me look like a successful gardener...Diane

Comments about Gardener's Revolution® Planter Replenishment Kit:
Why would anyone buy a replenishment kit when one can buy two new ones for less cost? Now, if they just sold the capillary strips, I might be interested.

Comments about Gardener's Revolution® Planter Replenishment Kit:
Another problem with alignment. The holes in the bag for attaching were way off and difficult to match up with the chain holes on the bag. Two holes were spaced correctly but the third was way off. Difficult to get the water bowl into the triangular bag. Very difficult to assembly and much flimsier than the original bags that I purchased. These probably will not hold up more than this planting season. Also, the water guages were not included with the bags.

Comments about Gardener's Revolution® Planter Replenishment Kit:
The info says the frames are reusable, recognizing that the liners have more limited life. The replenishment kit does not allow just buying the liners, but puts, and charges for, stuff I do not want.

Comments about Gardener's Revolution® Planter Replenishment Kit:
I love the replenish kit I bought...I lost the tomato plant I bought and put in it. I like it because of the zipper it's easy to use but I guess the tomato plant didn't think so...oh well , there is next year.

Love the planter system, easy to use and grow cherry and grape tomatoes. Even better now that the planter bags have zippers and the cages are segmented to open easily and put the plants in without breaking them.

Comments about Gardener's Revolution® Planter Replenishment Kit:
Last year I purchased the Revolution Planter and the metal holder for four Growing bags so that I could have fresh tomatoes growing on my deck. I am in my 70's and can't garden as I used to. The Revolution Planter was perfect for my needs and I enjoyed beautiful tomatoes all season. But this year I realized that the growing bags are able to be used for one year only. They fall apart after one season. The replacing kit for four metal holders is extremely expensive. I'd like to buy the bags only but it is not sold that way.
