Returns for Catalog and Web Site Orders:

Gardener’s Supply offers a convenient way to return merchandise – with the pre-addressed return label from the front of your packing slip.
1. Complete the Product Return Form (the back of the packing slip) and enclose it with your items.

2. Package the items and affix the pre-addressed return label (from the front of the  packing slip) to the package. Fully remove or cover the original shipping label from the shipping box.

3. Ship the package to us by U.S. mail, FedEx, or other standard shipping method to:

Gardener’s Supply cannot be responsible for returns that are not received. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. It may take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement.

Our stores carry items other than those offered online or in our catalogs, so we are not able to process returns for products purchased from our Vermont retail stores at the address above.
