Bought for a friend for Xmas present. Can't rate quality (tho she loved the set and was just what she wanted, and they are very soft to the touch) but the shipping was dreadfully slow. First item ordered of many during the season, last to arrive.

The slippers don't keep feet warm, just the ankles. The shoulder wrap works great, Customer service was not that responsive to my question of returning just the slippers. This was a gift for someone.
