Comments about Reed Fences:
I used the fence to add some privacy without cutting off the view of the neighbors. Block low growing weeds & seeds spreading from the neighbor yard. I have small dogs & the fence hides their view & keeps them more quiter.

Comments about Reed Fences:
Used by attaching to chain link fence. Needed to add poles, to hold up, because of the height. Would like to purchase more, but can't find in book.

Comments about Reed Fences:
This is the second or third time I've purchased this fencing, because I love it so much. I use it to provide privacy around my backyard. It lets through the breeze, and looks lovely as it weathers from golden yellow to grey. After three or four years, I replace it, and use it for kindling for the fire. I love that it is all-natural. While it keeps my dog in, it doesn't really keep cats, squirrels and other critters out. But I live in a small city where I don't have an issue with plant-eating animals. Everyone who comes to my garden agrees that it simply transforms the space--making it cozy and beautiful with a natural aesthetic. I highly recommend this product.

It makes you feel like you have privacy but you can see right through it. Looks nice as a back ground for the bushes I'm planting to take its place in a few years. [...]

I am using this product for privacy. I am very pleased with the results. It stayed up during terrible storms. I wish I could say the same about tree limbs.

Comments about Reed Fences:
Great way to mask a chain-link fence and add privacy to a city garden. Although can be seen through at close range, this fence also enables air circulation and filtered light to the garden. Relatively easy for one person to install in a single afternoon. Will deteriorate in harsh winter conditions, but my original fence lasted 8 years. Good value, and attractive.

Comments about Reed Fences:
I sank some corner 4X4's in the ground around my 3' high deck and 'sandwiched' the fence between 2X4's, top and bottom. Still there after 12 years providing privacy and shade here in northern Vermont.

Comments about Reed Fences:
We attached the reed fence to our chain link fence with pieces of wire at regular intervals. It holds up well in our harsh Colorado climate (high wind, heat, hail, downpours, cold, snow). It does have to be replaced eventually, but it is a great value. Our first sections lasted at least four years. It dresses up the chain link, offers moderate privacy, and helps keep the dogs safe.

Comments about Reed Fences:
I had to double each section to get any privacy at all and even doubled you can still see through some what. So it ended up costing way more then I wanted to pay.
