Your Gardener’s Supply Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at www.gardeners.com, by fax or mail, or by calling us on our toll free number at 1-888-833-1412.

Gift cards may be used on orders that have special offers, but may not be applied to prior purchases or exchanged for cash. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

If the dollar value of your Gift Card is less than your order total, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a credit card.

If the dollar value of your Gift Card is more than your order total, the balance will be applied to your Gardener’s Supply customer account and will automatically be applied to your next phone or mail order. Subsequent orders using this Gift Card balance on account must be placed by phone or mail.

 

1. Click on the link in your Gift Card Announcement and begin shopping.

2. When you have completed shopping, proceed to our very friendly checkout area. In Section 2, “Order Review and Payment”, there is a clearly indicated section for you to enter the Gift Card Number and Online Order Code from your e-mail Gift Card Announcement.

3. If you have a balance due after redeeming your Gift Card, please pay for the balance of the order by entering your credit card information in the space provided.

4. Any unused portion of your Gift Card will remain as a credit on your Gardener’s Supply customer account and can be applied to the next order you place via phone or mail. We’re sorry, at this time these credits are not available on future on-line orders.
