Red Knight is the classic holiday amaryllis, with huge, brilliant red blooms. These bulbs come planted in glazed ceramic cachepots and will begin blooming in a month or so, usually followed by a second flower stalk a few weeks later.
- Single ceramic cachepot is 5-1/2" sq. x 4-3/4" H with one amaryllis bulb
- Duo ceramic cachepot is 11" L x 6-1/2" H with two amaryllis bulbs

Purchased the single bulb. 1 stalk grew 7 in. and had 5 flowers (2 with 6-7 1/2 in. dia. and 3 smaller ones which were squished together) and 1 stalk grew 8 1/2 in. and had 5 flowers (2 with 6 - 6 1/2 in. dia. and 3 smaller). Leaves started growing after the flowers were blooming. Wonderful color. Longest blooming of the various amaryllis varieties that I have purchased.

I was looking forward to a bright display but only one of the two bulbs produced a flower. While I got it after the holidays to brighten winter I still expect better from Gardeners Supply. I ordered a single bulb as well and that didn't flower either. Not a great showing.
