Florian Ratchet-Cut Pruners are Still the Best
- Florian pruners are gardener-trusted classic tools
- Lightweight and easy on the hand
Florian first introduced these patented, chrome yellow hand pruners back in 1960. Today, these garden tools are still made in the USA by the same family-owned business, and are as popular as ever — especially with flower gardeners. Florian's unique ratcheting mechanism lets you cut through stems and branches up to 3/4" diameter in a series of short, easy strokes. The fiberglass-reinforced nylon body is surprisingly lightweight, keeping your hand from tiring. The cutting blades are high carbon steel with a Teflon coating to resist sap buildup.
- Fiberglass-reinforced nylon body
- Teflon-coated high carbon steel blades
- 7" L, weighs just 3-1/2 oz.
- Made in USA

Comments about Florian Ratchet-Cut Pruners:
I have very weak hands. I suffer from congestive heart failure and Pulmonary ( lung) Hypertension.
Yet I was out in the yard helping my husband trim dead fall from our purple willow and even shaping the tree. I have never been able to do that with other pruners. WHAT AN EASE TO USE!

Comments about Florian Ratchet-Cut Pruners:
I needed a good pair of pruning shears that are easy on my wrist and having had a rachet pruner once before, I knew this was the way to go. Do not go with cheap ones which can come apart at the joint. The well-made ones such as this Florian are well worth the money.

Comments about Florian Ratchet-Cut Pruners:
When I'd looked everywhere for the pair I'd had for 15 years, I finally ordered replacements. Nothing available locally was as light in weight, as comfortable or as effective. They fit a typical woman's hand. I could have bought less expensive ones, but these are perfect. They're definitely worth what they cost.

Comments about Florian Ratchet-Cut Pruners:
I have long handled ratcheting cutters, but they are awkward to use in some places. These are great! I am impressed at the diameter of branch they will clip.
