I'm a 72 year old woman, and I couldn't figure out how to keep the water flowing until I emailed for instructions. It then took all my strength to do it. My hand froze from the cold metal on top of the nozzle, so I couldn't water for too long. It needs to be covered with something like the underpart. Hopefully it will last longer than 6 months like other nozzles.

This product is sooooo easy on the hands and is made of quality materials, not the usual plastic that falls apart after a couple of seasons. I've purchased two for gifts after using mine!
