Used these as recommended with the Gardeners Supply Flat Soaker hoses, and they work great. Have never used any kind of regulator with any of my other kinds of soakers ( which never worked well), and I wonder if they might improve their performance, too. worth a try!

I only bought this for the fact it was recommended, I honestly can't say anything about it other then I do use it for the soaker hose, I do wish it came with further information and directions that it seems to have but I don't know how to use them, I just put it on and hoped for the best so not even sure it is working properly :(

I added this device on the soaker hoses to regulate the flow of the water for the watering of the garden. I am very pleased with this device.

If you intend to use any type of soaker hoses in your garden be sure to include a pressure regulator. If not, your hoses will fail and burst causing wash out of your plants and soil. I learned the hard way. I've since installed the Gardeners Supply pressure regulators and they work great! I use 2 - GS hoses and 2 - GS regulators to ensure the water flow will travel the full length of the hose. They do a nice job. Makes my watering time so much easier now.

I bought these for the flexible soaker hoses as recommended on the website for most efficient soaking. They seem to work fine in that the soaking is spread along the hose evenly -- as advertised.
