I installed an extensive soaker hose system to water my perennial beds as well as new landscaping in the front yard. These regulators allow me to preserve the integrity of the hoses while conserving tons of water. With the extreme drought we are all responsible for using less water and this really helps.

I was a little leery of these for no other reason than price. I am happy to say that all four preformed perfectly out of the box. I am using them on buried drip tape irrigation. To properly calculate the application rate it is imperative that they hold steady pressure. My supply is a well that fluctuates between 30 and 40 psi. The gauge on the header sits squarely on 10 psi and never moves. Very happy with this product so far, now only time will tell. I wish to thank the folks at Gardener's Supply as well. Due to the inability of another company's ability to deliver, I had to rush these. Gardener's delivered as promised and was very helpful with my inquires. Thanks again.

It allows us to use lower quality hoses without the fear of wasted water from a hose bursting. The faucet can be set on full flow--no testing and retesting of how much is flowing to drip hose.

IRRIGATE LANDSCAPING APPEARS TO BE THE ONLY DEVICE OF ITS KIND ON THE MARKET APPARENT DEFECTIVE THREADS PREVENT USE OF SEVERAL THAT I BOUGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND WITH RESERVATIONS ABOUT DEFECTIVE THREADS.

Used these as recommended with the Gardeners Supply Flat Soaker hoses, and they work great. Have never used any kind of regulator with any of my other kinds of soakers ( which never worked well), and I wonder if they might improve their performance, too. worth a try!

I only bought this for the fact it was recommended, I honestly can't say anything about it other then I do use it for the soaker hose, I do wish it came with further information and directions that it seems to have but I don't know how to use them, I just put it on and hoped for the best so not even sure it is working properly :(
