I live on 19 acres and have pocket gophers scattered around. I use this in the fall up close to the house to discourage them over the winter. Usually there are plenty of squirrel burrows in which to drop the capsule. For the last two years, I have successfully kept them out of our "lawn." I will continue using it as long as I can obtain it.

I found that the product is fairly effective when kept moist. When the product is moist it forms gel-like crystals that look almost like like hail. Of course, the problem with this is that moles, at least in our area, tend to be most active during the dry months so you will need to water the area with the product often. Also, I am not sure about the quality of the product itself - in one of the packages I received the product was apparently bad - that is, it did not form the crystals no matter how much I watered them.

Used as directed for vole hole. Supposed to make voles leave since it is predator urine in capsule. Didn't happen...Voles didn't notice

The product was spread about as directed. Moments i was a vole stick it's head out of a hole and sniff the PREDASCENT. After several sniffs, the vole immerged from the hole,and walked through the treated area. The vole found the opened discarded capsule of Predascent and began to EAT it.
I want my purchase price refunded.
