I bought this power strip to use with a grow light for starting my vegetable and flower seeds indoors over the winter. I found that it is easy to program and is very reliable. I like the fact that it has a few outlets that are not impacted by the timer feature. This allowed me to plug a fan into the power strip and allow it to run continuously while the light was timed. My only complaint is that it does not include a surge protector. It would be perfect if it included a surge protector to protect anything that you have plugged into it.

I wanted to run three (and now four) aquarium lights on a timer. I couldn't find any strips that had more than two outlets that were on with a timer (only two on, two off by timer for night lights like for my reptiles). This timer otherwise looks like my other timers that are MADE for aquariums and reptile tanks. Yet, this timer warns, "Do not use with aquariums!" I've had it a few months with no real problems aside from it reset the time by itself once (not from a power outage).
