Comments about Pound-In Edging:
We used the pound-in edging to define an edge between our flower garden and lawn. It was so easy to install and we no longer have to edge by hand and it prevents any crab grass from crossing over into the flower beds. Now we can enjoy our backyard without all of the backbreaking work of hand edging.
Before installing the pound-in edging, we used a shovel to form the shape we wanted and to remove any hidden rocks that would hinder the pound-in edging. Once the prep work was completed, it took only a half hour to pound in a 90 foot section. It is also very easy to adjust to whatever height you choose and give it a nice even appearance.

I needed something to keep the fine root system of a Sunset Maple from choking out my grass. This was just what I needed. I used a digging iron to cut through the roots and any stones in the way, and the edging worked just great! Sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Comments about Pound-In Edging:
I love these! I originally got them for a problem area by my sunroom. They worked so well that I stated to look for other areas that I could put them to use. Now I am slowly converting all my other edging to these. They may cost more than your standard edging, but the ease of installation and durability make up for it.
