I love the orange color. These snips won't get lost in the garden. I have bought several as gifts and everyone loves them! I would recommend a holster however. They are very sharp and pointy, which is great! But a safe way to store and protect them would be useful.

      • Loose Openclose Button

      Best Uses

I use these mostly to dead head smaller flowers like pansies or impatients. They are good for trimming herbs. They are light, compact, sharp and easily fit in a pocket. My only complaint is that the open/close button is loose and sometimes slides into a close position so the blades don't close. You have to manually put the button back in the open position. Minor problem.

These are very small but since I have extremely small hands they are perfect for me. I keep them in the glove box in the car. Perfect for deadheading that plant in front of the grocery store or at a friends house. Good quality for the money - would buy them for friends.

I just love these. I keep them at hand all the time. Great to just trim off dead leafs. Pointed blades lets you just trim off what you want without damage to anything else. I also think they will be good for dead heading plants and picking vegtables off the vine.

Since I'm a jeans kind of gardener these small snips are great to stick in my pocket as I roam my flowers and roses. Great to clip that wayward stem and deadhead flowers. I'll be using this all summer long!

I bought these for myself, then when I found how nice they were, bought several more pairs as gifts. I find them extremely helpful for smaller clipping jobs when the regular pruners are too large. Perfect for houseplant cleanups and cutting flowers for vases.

To work on small plants a regular pruner is way too large - I love these because you can get into small spaces and not disrupt the rest of the plants. I've tried other small ones but the blades were weak - these are good quality steel and quite strong.
