I purhcase many planters without these casters and came back to purhcase them so I could move my planters with ease. It allows me to get them out of the rain and sun. I also like to change the look of the pool/patio area by being able to place various flowers in different locations

I have casters on all my Gardners supply planters and they make moving them so easy. No more picking up heavy loads to move to a different place. They roll with ease. I have one planter on the deck that does offer some resistance to being moved but in general I love them.

It took time to put together, but when done, it was worth the effort. At first, I didn't think about putting 2 trough planters together, but after assembling 1st 2 individual planters, I realized how nice 2 together would look. Had to dis-assemble end of one & ordered another as a connection. Having the casters on the planters made the whole unit unbelievably easy. Now I can change a position when I see the plants themselves need a new focus with the sun. You don't realize how heavy these planters become when filled with soil and plants. I am so pleased with how well this works.

These wheels are very easy to install on the bottom of my tomato success planters. They hold up well to moving the planters around my patio. I wouldn't have the tomato planters without them.

The casters are an essential addition to allow easy movement of the planters, which get quite heavy when the reservoirs are full and the plants have grown. I move the planters to take advantage of where the sunlight hits my growing area as the season progresses, and I also rotate my planters to encourage my vegetable plants to grow evenly (not lop-sided). They also facilitate picking my tomatoes, allowing me to use a tighter spacing between plants; I can easily pull the entire planter out of the line to get at all the fruit. My only complaint is that the casters do require quite a bit of pressure to install, and occasionally fall out if the planter is lifted.

The wheels work well on the plant boxes. They're definitely a little pricey, but I am vey glad I got them for the boxes. The boxes move easily with the wheels.
