We have three of these water hog mats. The one under the water bowls in the kitchen protects our maple floors from sloppy drinkers. The runner at the back door is perfect for our big dogs. They fit on it entirely and can be dried off before being allowed on the hardwood floors and carpets. Front door is just there for us to wipe our feet! We just love these mats.
