Placed the laterns on my corner window sill. One cottage roof was damaged, but did not send it back b/c I wasn't sure if I had to mail all three or not and wanted to display for a party.

I used the product on my mantelpiece. I wasn't happy with the illumination. I want to look for brighter LED lights. The doors to the inside of the houses seemed fragile. I was afraid I'd break them off.
