I bought 2 small supports to use in a perennial garden. They were attractive on their own even when the plants were just starting to sprout. They worked so well that I ordered 4 large supports to use for taller plants next summer.

Make sure you put this in before the plant grows up too much, otherwise its a pain in the butt as it falls apart.

This can handle the weight of my bigger flowers like peonies, as long as you place it before they get too far along. I am currently using it for my garden mallow, which get tall and lanky, so they now look beautiful all kept together neatly.

To maintain one's sanity, get a 'helper' to assist in the assembly. I am trying to use these as an effective support for two weeping conifer shrubs.

I have 2 flox that struggled lasat year, the rest were perfect.
I place a plant support around each one when they started in the spring and they have done wonderfully! I wish I had gotten the supports last year.
