I ordered the peony "Singing in the Rain" and it never came up.
I have not answered this sooner because I have had serious health problems.
My wife has been tending the garden for me and was so upset that this didn't come up because I bought it for her.

This tree peony is very, very small for the price. I hope it will flower in several years. Only one eye on the plant. In time I am sure it will be beautiful. I could buy a much larger tree peony at my local nursery for the price.
