bags look very pretty on a shepard's hook in front of my house. I had to destroy most of the roots of the plants to fit into the planting holes. I am not sure they will grow. The hangers are very sturdy and work well. Easy to water. I liked them except for the difficulty for planting the plants in the too small holes.

Great look hanging on patio. Several colors to choose from. But very difficult to plant. Bare root plants would be best for planting because holes are too small for rooted plants.

The instructions were helpful to load the soil and plants. It was a little tricky pushing the plants thru the holes but the bag is sturdy enough for a little rough handling. The plants seem to be doing well. The bag with the flowers is a very pretty addition to the porch.

The ad said it could be hung on a wall, but situation of the hook makes half the plants face the wall. Any water that does not run out the drain hole pools in the bottom of the planter and drips thru the fabric.
I was very excited about thus product because I have a very small patio and am not allowed to put in hooks, so I wanted to hang it on a door wreath hanger. I have had to improvise because of inability to turn the hook device at the top of the planter, but 3 of the plants still lay flat against the door.
Also, instructions say to push the plants thru the holes. This is imipossible with strawberry plants from the nursery. I had to pull the plants thru from the inside, which was quite a task due to large root systems. A couple already had berries on them. The plants are not doing well because water will not stay in the planter.
In all the years I have bought from Garderner's Supply, this is the first time I have been disappointed in a product. I regret I have no way to take pics so you can see better what I am describing.
Also, this review format does not allow long enough tags, so another con is that the hook is not wide enough to hang it from my marrow metal railing, which would have been an option otherwise.

I bought two of the bags because the colors and designs are really attractive. But I found the bags to be difficult to use because the holes on the sides are VERY small. I ended up killing a couple of small plants in an attempt to plant them through the holes on the sides of the bag. The area on the top of the bag also has limited space because it's broken up by a bar. Overall, if I had seen the bags first, I wouldn't have bought them. If you purchase the bags be sure to have VERY small plants to put in the side holes.

I purchased the Patio Art Bag with the Zinnia pattern as a gift for my daughter. We are both impressed with how pretty this hanging bag is and how durable it is. We especially liked the metal ringed holes on the sides of the bag and the included hanger. My daughter said it's the perfect addition for her summer porch.

Bought these for places where people can run into baskets. They look terrific once planted but are the devil's own to get planted without mangling the plants. However, they seem to be thriving even after the trauma of planting. So, end result, the socks look swell.
