This bench is very well made of quality materials. It was easy to assemble. Measurements and pictures are accurate. The wood is beautiful. The storage is roomy and we use it to store boots, flashlights, leashes, etc. in our mudroom.The only reason I didn't give a "perfect" stars rating is that one of the pieces of wood right on top of the seat has a large pale blemish. It's such a shame that the piece was allowed to pass quality checks with that very obvious blemish. Especially at that price. I will try to address it with some stain or oil in the future. It does not affect the function.

Would be helpful to have more information on the care of the bench. I assumed it could stay outside, uncovered. the oil GS sells is too expensive, some alternatives could be mentioned.

So glad that I purchased this bench! I shopped around quite a bit, but kept coming back to Gardeners. Initially chose it because I felt it offered the best value for my $$, especially on sale and with my coupon! It is beautiful, useful and solid. Everyone who sees it comments on how nice it is.
