I had my eye on these for years and finally ordered them. They stand up to even the toughest yanks on the hose but are also super cute without being cutesy.

I love how they look and how easy they are to put in ground, and they are sturdy enough to guide the hose. But instructions say to store inside when not in use, which is impractical and not what that catalog implies--it makes it seem they can be left in place for decorative function all year.

Attractive, and feel/look durable. Only con: I have an unruly (read: not very flexible) hose, so occasionality, the hose flips up and gets caught on one of the branch nubs ... not a big deal. Overall I am quite pleased with them, as they've already saved a few border plants from an early demise due to near daily beatings they received before I made this purchase.

These hose guides look great on the corners of my garden and have protected my plants quite well. They are taller than most other hose guides and are both attractive and durable.

The instructions say to store them inside when not in use however I've left them out all summer without any problems. I will be taking them in for the winter.
