This is the only snow cleat (of the many that I've tried) that is easy to put on/take off from a standing position, that doesn't fall off in the snow, that doesn't fall apart, and that is very reasonably priced. For the life of me, I can't figure out why they stopped making them. I would have bought a life-time supply if I had known that.

I love these! I keep them on my boots all winter. I see others slipping and sliding while my dog and I walk along with no trouble. I also bought the more expensive yax trax but i prefer these. As snow and ice melt, the little spikes can wear down if you walk on cement or blacktop. That said, since they are so useful, buy a couple of pairs and when one wears down, throw it away and take out another pair.
