I use it in my yard and out kayaking. I don't like it on my skin so I spray a cloth and drape it over my shoulders after it dries. I may not like the smell very much, but the misquitos and gnats like it even less!

The fragrance is nice and for it to work real well you must apply it heavily. I have found it lasts less than 2 hours before reapplication, and is not quite as efficient as DEET-based sprays.

My 2 year-old twin granddaughters and I spend alot of time in the yard. I have always disliked applying bug repellant to their skin as it would make them cough from the chemical smell, no matter how careful I tried to apply it.
This repellent takes a few extra pumps to get it started but the spray is more focused and controlled and my granddaughters don't cough because it does not have a strong odor.

I found the odor very strong - so spreading on after spraying my own hands worked better then spraying over the entire body. Apply outside since the smell lingers in the home.

This sounded like just what we wanted, a non-deet product to put on feet and legs while eating dinner on our deck. Unfortunately, we put it on and continue to get bitten by mosquitos.

I had been looking for a non-DEET product for awhile when I came across the No Skeeterz spray. It worked great in keeping away those pesky, blood-sucking skeeters, but it does have a smell like plastic. It's not exactly unpleasant, but it lingers for a long, long time on clothes, etc.

No DEET! These are descriptive words for this product making it exceptional! It is very effective for all day working in the lawn and garden, or anywhere insects may annoy you. The scent is similar to the geranium plant when first applied. I actually find it pleasant! This is a natural product I will buy again and again -- safe for me and for the environment. Excellent!
