Space-Age Gloves Fit Like a Second Skin, Wear Like Leather

  • A tough pair of gloves for hardworking hands!
  • Palms and fingers are coated with flexible, puncture-resistant nitrile

Don't be fooled by their lightweight appearance — these work gloves are tough as nails. Whether you're spreading compost, planting seeds or weeding, they'll keep your hands both clean and dry. The palms and fingers are coated with nitrile, an extremely tough yet thin and flexible material that can withstand punctures and even small thorns. Throw them in the wash when your work is done. Buy several and always have an extra pair on hand; they make welcome gifts for gardeners, too.

Pros

  • Protective
  • Warm

Cons

  • Wear Out Easily

Best Uses

Comments about Nitrile Gloves:

I like the way these fit, but they are not very durable - I have only worn them a few times, and the left thumb already has a hole in it. I would not buy them again.

My Favorite Gardening Gloves!

  • Good Grip
  • High Quality
  • Holds Up When Washed
  • Protective

Cons

    Best Uses

    • Delicate Jobs
    • Larger Gardening Jobs
    • Light Gardening
    • Wet/Muddy Jobs

    Comments about Nitrile Gloves:

I use these every time I head to the yard and keep 3 pairs on hand so at least one pair can be in the wash. Excellent, no-slip fit enables me do more delicate work, such as deadheading and teasing apart small roots. But then I can also use them to protect my hands when doing tougher stuff such as light rose pruning, digging, and hoeing. The only gardening gloves that I will buy.

      Comments about Nitrile Gloves:

I just received these and they are my go to gloves for general gardening purposes. I love the way they fit, like a latex glove but stronger, which allows for great maneuverability and not the clumsy grip that my other garden gloves have. I still need my leather, gauntlet type gloves for pruning and working around rose bushes. The nitrile gloves do not protect against thorns. I cannot comment on their durability since I have just started using them but since receiving them, my other garden gloves have been left in the drawer.

          Comments about Nitrile Gloves:

The nitrile gloves go on anytime I work in the garden or for landscaping chores. Not good for pruning any kind of plant with thorns or dipping hands in water. Excellent value! My current pair is going into their second season with no sign of need to retire them.

Comfortable fit, good grip. I used a pair while spray painting my patio chairs and they work beautifully. It was easier to grip the spray can, much better than gloves used previously.

I bought a pair last year and finally managed to wear them out. I bought 5 pair this year and keep a pair in several places so they are always handy. I do some fairly tough work on my 15 acres these fit well are flexible so I can use my fingers and are waterproof enough so I can get hands wet and muddy. Very good product for my type of forest/garden/yard work
