Wasp were building nests and buzzing us as we worked around the house. I bought a set last summer to deter them. It was amazing. The paper lasted until we had a major storm that took down trees. We are using them again this year and placing them around the house earlier in the season.

We have used this product for several years. For us, it effectively deters wasps from building under the eaves and inside ceiling fans on our covered deck.They were a major problem before hanging these (we use two) faux hornet nests. They will last a couple years if you keep them out of direct rain.

It's lightweight, easy to move to a different location, if necessary, but, for me, it hasn't been necessary to move them as their coverage area is pretty large, Thanks. I'm still thinking about buying more,simply because i'm petrifed of flying stingers!!

I did not have any bee's, wasps or yellow jackets bothering me or my guests last summer so i'm trying them again this summer. I also gave them to a family member with a pool and a horrible problem, I can't wait to hear how they worked!
I hang it under my deck light and it looks like a lantern ( and it's protected from the rain).
I do wish they were weather proof!

I used this product for a few years until it had gotten to old. Forgot to replace last year and had wasps!!!!
Buy early and place in desired area early in season. Spray lightly with polyurethane to repel water and keep somewhat protected, they will last longer. They do make a difference.

I'm buying extra this Year!

I give these as gifts to family in the Central Valley where wasps abound. They make gardens safe for children.

Never had a problem with stings in the past but after a severe reaction to a wasp sting which caused me to pass out, slam head into pavement, an ambulance ride and 34 stitches later I wanted to try anything to repel wasps. So far seems to be working as number of wasps around back patio have been greatly reduced. Took about two weeks for noticable results. Only drawback is that is rather flimsy.

These do not keep wasps away forever but they do seem to keep wasps from building nests and settling in for a long nasty stay. When I hung one in the tree next to the shed (where a previous band of wasps had built a nest), they did not come back the next year. And they stayed away from the deck as well. I still see the stray wasp floating by but they weren't building nests.

The only down side is that because they are made of paper, they don't last forever. I recommend taking them down in the late fall and storing them until spring to lengthen the life of the decoy.

Product is easy to set up and hang. I have not seen one wasp after I hung these up. Everyday before hand for two weeks I had 3 new nest a day. After spraying and clearing all nest then installing these, I have not seen one nest.
