This is a great product, but if you order more than one package, it appears that Gardeners Supply typically only sends one, (per the customer service agent). Then you call about it, they offer to send it faster, as it is not here in the time allotted and try and sell you more stuff. Then they add a service fee. Call back about that and was told oops. And they rechecked the shipping and it is the slow one. No apologizing, asking what we could do, but they are willing to ask if you'd like to buy more...
