If it worked as advertised, it would be a great product. I could get it to vacuum but the intake tube is very small and it would not pick up any muck. I was very disappointed.

this muck vac was my husband's birthday present, and he could not wait to use it in our pond-however it will NOT work with normal home water pressure and needs a minumum of 50psi (normal home is probably 30-40 psi)so we sent it back.

I bought this muc-vac to clean out a small ornamental pond and was very diappointed in the performance. I had over 50+psi but couldn't keep suction on vaccuum unless it was totally horizontal. Any change in the level would lose the suction. This would make me have to be under water to clean the 3 foot deep pond to keep handle level and keep suction. Also had difficuly keeping brush head on at any angle more than horizontal. Concept is good but product needs improvement.Hopefully these comments will help make improvements successful.

Before I bought the Muck Vac for my Mom for Mother's Day, we used to clean both of her ponds out by draining the water and then using buckets to scoop the muck off of the bottom!
The Muck Vac is an awesome way to clean the ponds. No more - Slip Sliding Away in the bottom of the pond....and No more back breaking lifting buckets of muck out!

By the time you have cleared any of the pond at all, you will have emptied the pond of water. I have plenty of water pressure, the product is very inefficient, cleans poorly, and is madingly slow.

This would be great if it worked as advertised. Despite doing everything in the accompanying directions, I simply could not get it to suction anything. If fewer than 60% of the people who bought this found it to be useful, you may want to consider removing it from your catalog.
