I am thrilled to see the return of these safety helpers. I live in an older home that lacks many of the helpful modern additions like hall light switches at each end of the hallway. These little lights lights give off enough light to assure safe passage from the light switch at the top of the stairs to my bedroom door, at the opposite end of the hall. I also use one in my family room, by the overhead light switch that is next to the door, but always use a table lamp on the opposite side of the room. Again, These lights give me safe passage to the other side of the room to find the exit. I am looking to purchase several more for various rooms. We seem to suffer more than the average power outages and any extra light that we can find helps when you are juggling flashlights, etc. The units hang easily on door handles, hooks on the wall, and any other creative options as well as being an easy carry item. They also seem to be kind to batteries and have a long battery life. Highly recommend purchase of more than one at a time. Great housewarming gifts or how about an added wedding shower gift, a thanks for the invite to the cottage, etc.

Love having these all over the house. Great if you need to get up in the middle of the night and don't have to find a light switch. Also a good indicator that someone is moving around in your house. Great to give as gifts.

My mom has low vision, and is uneasy when she must get up in the middle of the night or enter dark rooms. I gave her two of these night lights for her birthday, and they are *wonderful*! We hung one on the end of her bed and the other on the back door; now she is able to get the light she needs to feel safe. She loves them!!

I cannot recommend these lights highly enough: unlike typical night lights, they don't stay on continually, but just come on when needed, and they give off far more light. I hope Gardener's Supply will continue to stock them, as they are currently in Outlet; I'm going to hurry up and order more.

When I ordered this night light, I had no idea how incredibly useful and perfect it is. It is the PERFECT night light. The light it produces is perfect in the darkness, providing the perfect amount of light to safely navigate and see where you are going. Not too bright nor too dim. Perfect for use when tending to a baby or a pet in the night. And, the fact that it automatically turns on and off makes it indispensable. It turns on immediately when I even move toward it from pretty far away, and it is excellent to use when traveling. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We hang this on the bedroom door handle. It's perfect for making sure we get to the bathroom at night without tripping. I'm ordering another for the outside of the bathroom door to continue the light without having to reach for a switch. The sensitivity is just right. It turns on when you want it to, but not when you don't.

I have suffered from night terrors all my life and thought there was no help for them. Though this light doesn't prevent them, it will stop a dream immediately - all I have to do is sit up or wave my arm! Lights that stay on all the time do not work for this and just makes the dreams worse. I gave one to my father who has the first stages of Alzheimer's and it helps him not to be disoriented if he gets up at night. My mom is happier. This would be great for kids who are afraid of monsters.

It's so wonderful to get up in the night and not have to turn on a bright light. I get up, the light comes on and is bright enough, but not too bright to light my way. It always sees me coming!

It is saving on batteries because it only turns on when I come and turns off right after I've gone by.

Remember, it has two bulbs inside it; you can set it for one or both to turn on. Also, remember when it goes on and off for no reason, it's time to change the batteries. That doesn't happen often.

I have two and hang them on door knobs. I'm ordering four of these for my friends.

When we had a powerfailure we put it in the bathroom.We also have an old dog who roams the house at night, this has been great for her safety. I also put one in the stairway so it comes on when you first start down the stairs. This is so helpful when your arms are full of laundry.
