I hung these from the trees in an outdoor dining room I just landscaped where overgrown shrubs once were. The cords are long enough to place the solar collector in a sunny spot. They are attractive in the daylight, but are really beautiful at night. The next day my neighbors 3 year old took me to show me the new "secret place" she had just discovered. A really nice set of solar lights for the money. Seem to be well made. Plenty of cord between each light to allow for any type of decorating. Charged very quickly. Very pleased with purchase. The cord is clear, the lights are more of a sky blue (morning glory blue) than shown.

I put the lights in a Rose of Sharon tree. From my kitchen window at night it looks like jelly fish swimming. Cool! I really like them. Only slight problem for me is that the wire from the end of the lights to the solar panel that sticks in the ground is a little short. But since the lights were intended to place on bushes, that wouldn't be a problem.
