I ordered the blue one and when it arrived, I was so pleased with it that I ordered the other two. I have some very happy birds in my backyard and happy friends that enjoy the bright colors. The glass seems very durable as we have had some pretty rough weather in Iowa this spring.

i have this bird feeder hanging from a tree right outside my dining room window! I love to sit with a cup of tea and watch the birds eat from it. The color (blue) is beautiful and it really adds a nice "pop" to my view!

This is an attractive yard piece. It is quite heavy,so I am waiting to see if the stand will continue to support it. The first one I ordered was so chipped around the center circle that I called and was sent another. The new one had chips in the glass as well, but not as much as the first one. the birds have yet to find it, hopefully they will soon! Best in shade; glass gets hot.

The smaller birds love this feeder! It's adorable! The only cons would be that the larger birds cannot get to the food, and the squirrels also get into the feeder!!!

I filled & hung this for the first time today after buying it around Christmastime. Within 1-2 hours of hanging it, there was a squirrel sitting inside, eating up the peanut/ sunflower mix I filled it with. Of course--a squirrel would be the first critter to use it. I never saw even one bird trying it before that squirrel got in there.
I took out the bird seed and for now, I am letting it hang empty, because it still is pretty...However, I was disappointed considering it's being sold as a bird feeder, and this is the main reason I'm selecting "No, I would not recommend it..." as my bottom line. I called Gardener's Supply to voice my disappointment, and they not only refunded my purchase price, but also offered to send me their "squirrel away" product to see if that will deter squirrels from this bird feeder. I am happy about the way Gardener's Supply stands behind their products.
Stay tuned on the efficacy of this as a real bird feeder, after I try the hot pepper deterrence (ghost peppers for squirrels by fall--watch out!)
