Love these shoes for gardening. Debris doesn't get in the shoes. They keep my feet dry. They' re comfortable for gardening, mowing the yard, or a quick hop to the store for supplies. They are a bit hard to get on - not slip ons - but once in them they are very comfortable. Love the big toe box.

I have a similar pair that I bought at a "close0out" store for a very nice price & I have put many miles on them over the years. I was starting to get some moisture seepage so I decided to get a new pair, which is why I bought these. Now that I'm retired I don't put on the miles anymore, but I do need something that will keep my feet warm & dry. I don't like wearing my insulated boots unless it is snowing out, so these fit my needs. The style isn't fancy, but I don't care as long as my feet are happy, then, I'm happy. They do feel a little warm & heavy when I am in Church or visiting someone; but nothing to cause any pain so to speak.

These are perfect to slip on to go feed animals or to spend some hours gardening. They handle dirt and mud well, and keep your feet warm and dry. They would be too hot in summer. For a woman to wear them you must have a size 8 foot and quite wide - perfect for me.
