I called before ordering to see if semi pneumatic wheels(flat free) were available. The sales rep put me on hold to check and then advised that they now ship with the wheels I requested. It arrived with exactly the wheels I did not want & 1 was flat already. Too bad because the rest of it appeared to be well made but I never assembled it. This company promply had it picked up for return and were very courteous.

The instructions are a little confusing at first - just be sure to match the pictures...then reverse everything! If you don't put the T-bolts in exactly straight, that can throw off the alignment of the pre-drilled holes a bit. Otherwise, it's a snap to put together! Definitely give it a few coats of clear varnish to protect the wood. I love this little garden cart and expect it to be a permanent fixture in my gardening tools for many years to come.

Hauling large amounts of garden refuse to the compost pile at one time, instead of many trips--a breeze! I also can bring up all my groceries from my garage to my back door in one trip--instead of 5 or 6 trips!

My medium sized garden cart really saves my bad back. I now have a second one. My last one was used / abused and left out in the rain- even during flooding here in SW Florida. So it lived a good hard life- maybe 7 years. I now have a new one that is exactly the same. It was shipped with a defective wheel of which GSC replaced immediately via Fed Ex. They were wonderful!

I love to garden, but need assistance, as arthritis is settling in. This cart is a tremendous help in hauling bags of manure/soil/compost, plus all my garden tools. You will need someone strong to do the hammering part, but putting it together was easy, due to good instructions, and a very patient person at the end of the help line!

We knew the cart would be a good product, as we spent many years in Vermont. However, for a senior citizen to order by mail and assemble it was difficult. Parts are heavy, pounding in the screw secure fixtures was very difficult to manage, plus the directions were a bit misleading about which holes to leave alone. The holes bored by the factory could have been more evenly round.
