This has been the best cold pack to use post lumbar surgery. I had trouble finding something large enough to cover the entire area that did not limit my mobility. This is also very attractive and comfortable for an 'ice pack'. The good news is it will also be wonderful for heat. Thank you for having such a great product.

Great for lower back pain. A bit large for around the neck. Ties are nice and long for those of us with a wide lower body. Does clump when heated so needs to be shook out before being wrapped around the body.

I love the fact that you can wear this as you go around the house. You just put it back in the microwave to reheat it when it cools off. You can wear it watching TV, working on the computer, etc. Haven't washed mine yet but I'm sure it will wash up just fine. I also haven't used the cold pack but it's in the frig just in case I need it. I definitely recommend this wrap; it's a great product

This Lumbar Wrap is what I look forward to after a long day at work, I can easily warm the grain heat pack in my microwave for about 3.5 min at 50% power level, and wrap myself in luxurious warmth and pain relief. The plush cover is one size fits all and is snugly warm against my skin, I can sit for hours at my computer editing and answering emails without pain or nap comfortable without it slipping or bunching as other brands can! Thank you!
