Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
I bought this as a gift. It seems so straightforward and reasonable, handy and convenient to use. Since this relative lives with us, we keep it handy.

Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
I love the fact that you can wear this as you go around the house. You just put it back in the microwave to reheat it when it cools off. You can wear it watching TV, working on the computer, etc. Haven't washed mine yet but I'm sure it will wash up just fine. I also haven't used the cold pack but it's in the frig just in case I need it. I definitely recommend this wrap; it's a great product

Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
This Lumbar Wrap is what I look forward to after a long day at work, I can easily warm the grain heat pack in my microwave for about 3.5 min at 50% power level, and wrap myself in luxurious warmth and pain relief. The plush cover is one size fits all and is snugly warm against my skin, I can sit for hours at my computer editing and answering emails without pain or nap comfortable without it slipping or bunching as other brands can! Thank you!

Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
So far I've only used the lumbar wrap for cold therapy and it's not very effective. When I put the chilled/frozen gel in the wrap and tie it around my waist/lower back, the cold just doesn't penetrate the wrap. So the purchase isn't a total loss, I use the gel pak by putting a light cotton cloth between it and my skin and lie on it or sit with it pressed against my lower back. I would have been better off with a elasto-gel pack or similar product.

Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
I bought this for my husband who strained his back. What's nice is that it is long enough to easily wrap around the body horizontally diagonally to reach the spot that needs attention. Easy to use and very comforting.

Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
I was disappointed in this lumbar wrap. It is very heavy, the cover is thick and doesn't breathe, making it both cumbersome and onerous.
It is too big for my small microwave.

Comments about Lumbar Wrap:
I gave this to my mom for Xmas as she suffers from lower-back and hip pain; she put it on almost immediately, and has used it every day since! She loves it!! This wrap has the huge advantage that it can be tied around the body to benefit the specific area that is causing pain; in addition, you can get up and move around if you need to--you're not tethered to an electrical cord as you are with a heating pad, or worried about a small ice pack falling off or losing contact with the spot that hurts. The wrap is long enough to fit around even a fairly large person, and the chenille fabric is soft and comfy. There is a zippered pouch to hold the ice or heat pack, so the wrap is very well designed. I cannot say enough good things about this wrap; now I have to get one for myself...
