Comments about Liquid Fence Spray:
This is the most effective product I have found in 30 years of gardening with deer. A heavy application on the underside of foliage applied just before winter has saved my garden. Why you do not sell the large size concentrate when I need it most is something I do not understand.

Comments about Liquid Fence Spray:
So far I have not had any damage to my cabbage, broccoli, or peppers from the rabbits even though I have seen them in the yard.

Comments about Liquid Fence Spray:
The smell is Sooooooooooo AWFUL, I would rather have deer eat the plants than use this repulsive stuff.

The bottle does not spray like I would like. When I get my next bottle, I am going to pour it into a better spray bottle. Otherwise, wear gloves if you do not want the smell on your hands. It does wash off, when you wash your hands, but it does have a terrible smell. Even talked the next door neighbor into buying a bottle and it helped to keep the deer away.

Comments about Liquid Fence Spray:
Best repellent I've found for deer. I couldn't garden without it here in SC. Not perfect...I still find the occasional hosta eaten to the ground, but this product really helps. Prior to using this, I could not plant any annuals in the ground -- everything I planted had to be in pots up high on my raised terrace. I can now plant in the ground using Liquid Fence plus prayer! This stuff smells horrible when wet--I wear those thin disposable gloves when applying because the very bitter taste can transfer from your hands (even after washing) to other items you touch, like the dog's dish. Stand upwind when applying, and remember to reapply following a hard rain. Sprinklers will not wash it off. I apply about every 3 weeks if we have no rain. Spray around the perimeter of your yard, not just on individual plants, because the deer will think twice before crossing the Liquid Fence line. Not as effective for deterring rabbits, but better than other products, so I use it for hungry bunnies too.

This product does the best job of preventing deer damage of all the products I have used. Not 100% effective, but better than others.

Needs to be reapplied after a hard rain, but it really is effective. Funniest thing was spraying my phlox after the deer had topped them. The next morning there were deer hoof prints all around the plant that looked like they had been stomping in disgust over what I had sprayed on their "snack." sorry guys! go eat the alfalfa field.

Comments about Liquid Fence Spray:
I'm not a gardener, our need is to keep bunnies out of our chain-link fenced yard. We have a crab apple tree and they love to come squeeeeeze themselves through our fence to eat the apples. I don't know how they don't injure themselves! I don't care at all about them feeding on the apples our problem is that we're animal lovers and getting in our yard is like bunny-suicide because we have 2 German Shepherds with high prey drive and have already killed one bunny. I can't begin to tell you how devastating it was for me to find the dead bunny in my back yard knowing my dogs did this. So, I'm looking for a product to keep them out so they aren't killed. These dogs have been living here for 4 years, the tree is has been here forever so I don't know why the bunnies stayed away all this time and are now entering the yard. I tried Liquid Fence and found no bunnies for 4 days after the 1st application, thought I found my answer! Then on my bunny watch the night of day 5 I found a bunny in the yard pre-dog release so bunny was kept safe because I shoo them out before letting the dogs out but I can't leave the dogs out unattended because bunnies will re-enter when the dogs are laying quietly watching the world go by. I reapplied next (this) morning which I expected to do per the directions, but not for a few more days and my bunny-watch found a bunny in the yard tonight the same day after the 2nd application. So, for our purposes it unfortunately, doesn't work.

Comments about Liquid Fence Spray:
Since I've only just started using this, I can't tell yet how well it will work. So far, so good. I'm hoping it will keep the deer and armadilloes out of my strawberry beds this fall and winter. It got good reviews from others, who have apparently used it longer, and that's why I thought I'd try it.
