Since I was unable to fit these over any shoe I own, I am unable to use them. Require a larger foot than I have and a solid firm shoe with heavy sole.

Comments about Lawn Aerator Sandals:
This is actually is a great concept, worked well the first time. I had to keep thightening the straps but it worked. Second time out the straps would not stay tight and if you tighten them too much (they need to be very tight) the cheap plastic buckles break. I would have gladly paid more for a better product. I will look for new straps with metal buckles, otherwise they are useless.

Comments about Lawn Aerator Sandals:
My husband is Ray Scissorhands and he abousolutely loves his shoes. Thet are great because you can slip them on and just walk around the yard. No big machine What we do think they probably would'nt work very well if the soil is too hard, but on good soil they are the areating answer. He even has strapped them on top of his moccasin slippers. I would highly recommend this product for maintaining a beautiful yard.
Pros
- Do penetrate the lawn
Cons
- Difficult to Use
- Doesn't go very deep
- Straps don't work well
Best Uses

Comments about Lawn Aerator Sandals:
I had a hard time with these. The spike loosened and had to be re-tightened often, and the straps don't stay tight, or slip off my shoes. They aerate the lawn when I could keep them on.

Lawn has a bad reputation. It is thought to be difficult, time-consuming and "heavy-feeding." However, that is only true of lawns that have poor soil with little organic matter, worms or other soil life.
