I love this wrap. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain and while this doesn't eliminate it, it does relax me. This is also great when I get sick. I recently had a terrible cough. I would warm this in the microwave, wrap it around by neck and down onto my chest -- very soothing. And it smells fabulous. My only complaint (but it's not a big one) is that the stuffing inside slides to the ends. Maybe if it was compartmentalized, it would stay in place. I just bought two for Christmas gifts.
