Since I get up in the morning and put this on before exercising, I like to relax and loosen up my neck muscles. At night, I will use it to relax and reduce the stress of the day. I want to be able to wash the cover weekly, but it doesn't cover all of the item. Doesn't make sense since you hold the ends most and they aren't covered.
