Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
I was skeptical about ordering a plant in the mail, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was packaged nicely, and the soil was moist. The plant and pot are smaller then I expected but I really like it anyway.

Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
Had I known beforehand how particular and rigorous the lavender plants requirements-- must be in temperatures around 45 degrees F. at night in the winter, may not have bought it, despite its attractiveness. That is hard to do in a modern home. We take it out to the garage at night, but unless the weather is very cold, the garage stays about 60 degrees at night. And of course, having to move it every night and every morning can be a bit much....So, before I recommend it to a friend, I would explain its special needs, and I am glad I did not send it to anyone as a gift, as most people would not be able to keep up with the plant's special needs.

Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
Extremely disapointed in the 6 lavender plants ordered for Christmas gifts. All in different homes and 3 states, all avid gardeners inside and out. Why have they all died?
Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
This was not at all what I was expecting. I ordered this plant sent to my mother in-law as a Christmas gift and was very disappointed to see that it had arrived dry & almost dead and in an ugly pot not at all like the one pictured in the catalog.

Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
I purchased the plant for my bedroom which is the perfect location that fits your instructions. The plant arrived not in bloom, was French lavender not Spanish as indicated. It never bloomed despite following exact instructions. I called and spoke to a customer service representative who instructed me to give it plant food. That did not help. I left a message a few days ago for a return call which I have not received.

Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
I followed the directions carefully, except that I don't have a place in our house that is 45 degrees at night. It got lots of sunshine, and I watered it when needed. No blooms, just leaves, and they are dying.

Comments about Lavender Plant in Cachepot:
The lavender plant was full and healthy, with buds ready to bloom - and they are already! Most especially appreciated was the sturdy and well-marked shipping container that it came in. It was easy for the shipping company to handle it well, and it withstood some hours of cold New England weather conditions outside our door, before being unpacked.
