While the concept is good and it waters in a rain fall fashion,once filled, it is very heavy for a petite person like myself to hold . I bought it to disperse liquid fertilzer lightly over the soil , but because of its weight, I have to refill often to accommplish my task.

The large capacity of this can is great, saves me several refills and trips. It is very well made, nice spread of water. It has a large head so it would not be appropriate for small house plants/containers.

Good basic watering can but average quality. The fitting around rose leaks a little, the handle has a plastic nib where joined that is annoying. But it is a good basic watering can for the garden with good capacity and an adequate rose.

It is a little heavy, but 3 gallons of H20 weigh 24 pounds no matter what. The "rose" or faceplate is advertized to be stainless. If it isn't galvanized steel, I'm and astronaut. All-in-all, it is a good product at a fair price.

I have used these watering cans for years to B1 all my new plantings. When our drought conditions put us on watering restictions I found a new use for them. I empty my rinse water from doing dishes into one outside my kitchen door and water my patio pots. I bought an extra one for outside my bathroom door to hold the cold water I collect before I start my shower.
I also bought 2 for gifts for friends who are conserving water in the same way!

After trying hit and miss with various watering cans purchased elsewhere, this one is a dream. I love the 3 gallon capacity and the big watering head. It is easy for me to haul around and water all my patio and porch containers. I also love that it comes in red.
