Rose collar cracks & doesn't take well to repairs, nor is it replaceable. Bummer since the can itself is quite sturdy and allows for 2-3 gallon waterings at a time.

The balance is nice and makes it easy to carry a lot of water. Also, appears to be pretty durable. But the rose keeps falling off, and it plugs up easily. Still, I'm going to continue using it and see how it lasts.

We have been using these for years. They are much stronger than metal don't rust, carry easily, have enough capacity to minimize trips from the tap to the plants. We can water a lot of plants with one filling! Our only problem, which seems to be improving, is that the UV resistance was only fair in the past. Howevere, "fair" means we got 3-4 years constant useage outdoors before needing replacent. Even so , these are the best hat we have ever seen. I just bought two new ones!

Because it is so lightweight, I can carry bigger loads of water where needed. The fine spray does not damage fragile seedlings, and it is so good for watering in newly planted plants. I use it many times a day and complete with my husband who wants to use it, too.

I already have had one of these for several years. It has outlasted several other watering cans. I use it indoors for a plant filled Sunroom and oudoors to get plantings started when I don't want to drag a hose to a bed. I have a large metal can also but most metal cans leak sooner or later. Love the capacity and my cat likes drinking from it. Very durable and doesn't seem to be bothered by UV which has led to the demise of other cans I have purchased.

I now own four of these watering cans, two for each rain barrel. They are heavy when full, but I can still dip them in the barrel and carry two at a time to my plants (I'm 58). I use large open-top wine barrels (they look nice!) and need to empty them before the mosquitos can breed, so having high-capacity watering cans is key to my system.
