These battery-powered tapers look just like the real thing because they're made from real wax, complete with uneven edges at the tops, and flickering LEDs that mimic real candlelight. Set the timer and the recessed bulbs "burn" for 6 hours, shut off for 18, and then come back on at the same time the next day.

These candles have a beautiful glow. They turn on and off by themselves to insure a safe and carefree life style. It is so nice to walk into a darken room and see the beautiful glow of these candles. These candle are a keeper!!!!!!

I am so thrilled with the flameless taper candles. I just purchased 5 more sets for gifts. I use mine on the mantel and they come on each day at dinnertime and go off as we are all in bed. It's a really nice light, safe for the kids and actually helps us save money as we burn lots of candles there.

I splurged on these candles with some Christmas gift money. I searched and searched for a flameless taper that looks real, and this is the one. I love that they're nine-inch...and they come with some candle ring adapters so you can use them in different sized candle holders. I just got them yesterday, so I have no idea how long they will last but I have bought rechargeable batteries for all my flameless candles, and I have LOTS of them.

first I must tell you I was against ordering more battery operated candles as the last were very poor. I wanted the real thing.

The only thing keeping me from gushing endlessly is these candles are not on a timer like some of the battery powered candles out there. Left on they "burn out" in about 18 hours, but last much longer if you remember to turn them off between uses.
