E-Commerce Senior User Interface Designer

Join Vermont’s award-winning E-commerce team and lead our online design efforts! You will be responsible for designing and building user interfaces, navigation and interactive shopping and community features for our family of brands. Your work will display on our websites, through our e-mail marketing program and across a variety of social commerce initiatives including our corporate blog and photo centers. Ability to thrive in a high-energy collaborative environment, and a proficiency in web design and production languages will be critical to your success. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-time UI design experience in a team, and will bring excellent design skills including a strong understanding of layout, palette and typography. Experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing and user testing a plus.


Product Quality Assurance Manager

This person will join our merchandising team and be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a quality-control program to ensure production and delivery of our high quality products; Other responsibilities include interfacing with external vendors, agents, factory and government agencies; establishing and maintaining minimum product performance standards and ensuring vendor compliance with those product specifications. We're looking for an individual who has a strong background in quality assurance and quality control; strong analytical, organizational and negotiation skills; and excellent computer skills including an intermediate level of knowledge in Excel, Word, and Access.


Contact Center Process Improvement Manager

We’re looking for an individual to join our dynamic Customer Contact Center. This person will analyze input from numerous sources to identify opportunities to improve our customer’s experiences and operational efficiencies in phone, e-mail, website and order related communications. S/he will lead the P.I. team to respond to these opportunities through the implementation of better customer communications, more efficient processes, and creating better resources and training for Contact Center staff. This person will report to the Sr. Customer Contact Center Manager. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology; strong leadership skills; previous supervisory experience and demonstrated project management expertise. Previous Contact Center application of these skills and expertise a big plus!
