Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
I have used 6 small, one med & one large for a couple of years now. Am ordering more. It can be gusty windy here and a snapped, loaded with blossoms, rose cane is sad. I use these cages to support the base of the roses plants. In the summer the small cages are hidden compeletly by the roses. No more snapped canes. Had not thought to paint them but think that other reviewers could be on to something for a bit of garden whimsy.

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
This plant support is perfect for containing large specimens of Blue Star Amsonia and Culver's Root. Because it is free standing and stable it is simple to place it over a large clump. Best to place support before plant gets too tall.It looks great in my garden.

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
I purchased two of the plant supports for my hydrangea plants. They end up falling over once the flowers bloom. I love the look of these. They are a little rusty but I like that look in my garden. It was however, a little difficult to put together by myself and get all the hooks lined up. One of the finials broke along with the screw to hold them together. I was still able to use it though but I did reach out to customer service and within a week, another showed up at my door. Very impressive so I will be ordering from Gardeners Supply in the future.

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
These are so pretty in the garden! I had no problem assembling them, came out of box in perfect shape. Extremely well wrapped!
I have my small and medium Jardin supports over our David Phlox. Will see if they're tall enough as the summer progresses and the phlox grow taller.
These are unique, no one else has them! I'll buy more in the future.

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
I ordered 3 of these to use as supports for my cosmos. They are a very atractive addition to my garden, however, when I was unwrapping the packing, one of the hooks that holds the rings just fell off. Of course, the great folks at Gardener's Supply immediately sent me a new one, but they still are easily bent and unwieldly to put together. The screw nob finial that holds it together at the top doesn't thread properly. Overall, they are the look I wanted, but I will have to wait to see how they will hold up

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
Great for keeping Peonies' heavy bloom stems from falling to the ground. I currently have the 36" on a Peony tree and the 28" on an Intersection Peony. Both work great to keep the blooms from falling into the soil.
I painted the two I have a nice red to blend with the red edge and red veins in the Peonies. I think they look more artsy and standout more painted. Looks great in flower beds adding a special touch.

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
I currently have the 36 inch supporting the blooms of a tree peony. Will move it to another plant as and when the tree peony out grows this support. I painted it a red color that brings out the red edging on the Peony's leaves.
Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
Bought some of the jardin products a couple years ago and loved how sturdy they were. So took the plunge and bought 4 of these birdcages this year. The first one I opening was of the sturdy, heavy quality of my prior purchases and the rings stayed down nicely through compression. The next three were made of much flimsier guage metal and the rings do not stay in place. REALLY disappointing.

Comments about Jardin Birdcage Plant Supports:
very flimsey - not substantial enough to hold the weight of vines. The center brace just lays on very flimsey supports. May not last through this growing season. Very disappointed
