Comments about Blue Wave Ikebana Vase:
This vase makes the most attractive displays with just one or a few flowers. The flowers last quite a long time in this type of vase since the stems are not completely submerged in water. Just change the water daily or every other day; make sure it is filled fully to cover the bottom of the stems. This vase looks stunning with a single spray of flowers or a gorgeous individual blossom. It also makes an attractive display of small flowers of varying heights. Just use your imagination. (Lilies are perfect in this vase!) The fact that flowers last so long make this vase worth every penny. I have two and have given this as gifts to other flower lovers.

Comments about Blue Wave Ikebana Vase:
I've used it for a single sprig of bright pink bouganvillea flowers and another time for 2 white japanese iris blooms. Those delicate blooms look beautiful against the dark blue color of the vase. The frog holder works really well and keeps the stems completely upright.

I love to bring in one flower from the garden and this is perfect to display a single blossom.

Comments about Blue Wave Ikebana Vase:
It's pretty, but very small. I didn't expect it to be so small. I'm giving it to my 18 yr old daughter for Christmas and thought she could take it to college to brighten up her dorm room. If she doesn't like, I'll send it back.

Comments about Blue Wave Ikebana Vase:
I use it for 1 flower, I just pick 1 rose from my garden, and it stays there for 5-7 days looking fine.
One thing really bothers me though - it's impossible to clean it inside oher than by rinsing. Hope my next flower will last as long as it's pedesessors.

Comments about Blue Wave Ikebana Vase:
I take my flowers to a medical clinic when I go in for my therapy. I have had many requests as to where they might buy one.
There is no "Mess" changing water, It isd definately a "stand out" when displayed, but requires little room.

Comments about Blue Wave Ikebana Vase:
Bought this as a gift for my sister in law because it reminded me of her style. She makes her own pottery and is crazy about it. She has been learning Ikebana and uses it frequently.
