We use this wrap all the time in our physical therapy facility. It's perfect for holding ice packs in place on shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles. They last a long time, none of ours have worn out yet, and we've been using them multiple times a day for over a year. Our patients want to know where they can buy one for home use and we tell to go to Gardeners Supply.

After receiving it in the mail, I used it (heat) to relieve a knot in my upper back/shoulder area and it was very effective in applying the heat and staying in place. I could sit back and relax watching TV while the heat did it's thing!

The wrap is a good design and easier to use than most other wraps. I'm also a therapist and have used many types of hot packs. The gel pack is useless, since it can't be frozen and I haven't tried nuking it after reading other revues. The pocket fits a freezer gel pack I got in the pharmacy, so it's been very useful.

I bought this because I needed to keep an ice pack in place in the back of neck and shoulder area. The ice pack is much larger than the teeny ice pack pouch on this thing, but the elastic does hold the larger packs in place as long as I put it in a ziplock type bag and pin it to the elastice strap. It is still a lot easier to use than the fabric contraption I tried to make up before. It slips sometimes, but for the most part it works well enough so that my hands are free to do what I have to do.

This is the second of these wraps that we have purchased. The first one split open after several uses. The last one split open after being microwaved about the third time. Definitely not satisfied and would not recommend that anyone purchase this item.

The band works well to keep pad in place. Wish the pad was larger and stayed cold longer.

I am a physical therapist. I like using this wrap to provide an ice application on my patients. It works really well on shoulders and ankles. We use it over and over again everyday. The fabric is long lasting. We've been using these wraps for over a year and have not had any wear out yet! Our patients like them because they are comfortable. Some have asked for them to have at home and I have referred them to your website for ordering. Thank you for providing such a great product at such a reasonable price.

Gel insert to heat burst the 2nd time I heated it, @ only 15 seconds. Disappointed about that. I now have it in a Baggie so it won't oooze every where. I haven't heated since it burst. Love the wrap portion. Just wish the insert was more durable. Will look for a different insert so I can continue to use it.

The product doesn't heat enough in the 15 seconds strongly suggested in the directions.

It's very handy to keep both hot and cold packs in awkward places. It allows you to move around while you have it on.
We've bought a 2nd one because the first one is almost worn out!
